Welcome to Test-English Pro (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Test English S.L.U. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “user”) and Test English S.L.U. for your access to and use of our subscription-based e-learning platform at test-english.pro (the “Service”). By creating an account and/or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or the minimum age in your country to consent to online services. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. Educational and Informational Purposes Only
All materials on the Service are provided for educational and informational purposes and are intended solely for personal learning.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations
Our Service is available via a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed through our payment providers. Prices are shown in euros and may include applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be taken.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once access to Test-English Pro has been granted. This is because you immediately gain access to all content, including downloadable PDFs, which cannot be returned. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
5. Permitted Use of Materials
You may:
- View and complete all lessons, tests, and exercises online.
- Download and print PDF materials for your own personal learning.
- Share printed physical copies with others for educational purposes.
You may not:
- Share, distribute, upload, or make available any content from the Service in digital form to others.
- Republish our materials on any website, platform, or file-sharing service.
- Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
All content, including test questions, lessons, PDFs, images, videos, and software, is protected by international copyright laws.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or disrupt the Service or interfere with others’ use of it.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or remove content or features at any time without notice.
9. Termination
